Trish Barry (nee Pearson), Director of Mastermind Consulting has over thirteen years marketing and business experience in a high profile organisations across the liquor, financial services, media and consulting industries including; Anderson Consulting, BT Funds Management, Macquarie Bank, the White Agency, Telstra BigPond, Southcorp Wines and Foster’s Australia. It was the desire to help other businesses grow and continue to build a differentiated marketing presence that led Trish to establish Mastermind Consulting in early 2008.
Having worked across multiple industries in a consulting and senior management capacity, Trish demystifies complex problems and helps build a relationship between brands and consumers in a way that goes beyond just selling a product or service. Her depth of experience across business disciplines ensures Trish works collaboratively across an organisation, engaging all stakeholders to buy into a common vision.

She has a Bachelor of Business (First Class Hons) from University of Technology, Sydney and a Graduate Certificate of Wine Marketing from the University of South Australia. Trish is a Member of Wine Communicators of Australia and an Associate Member of the Australian Marketing Institute (AMI). She has recently completed the WFA Future Leaders Course and was named as one of the 50 Stars of 2012 by WBM Wine Magazine.
